Drones and Flare Stack Inspection

Many times, surmounting huge heights could be a thing of worry especially when you’ve got a job to do such as taking a decent and clear image of a building or probably, inspecting gas combustion in an industrial setting. Ideally, flare stack inspection could be an expensive, time-consuming and stressful process. This is especially if there isn’t enough space to use a helicopter to carry out the exercise albeit at a higher cost. Due to the immense level of heat produced by flare stacks, it is imperative to devise a mechanism that will be responsive and react fast to this need. Usually, flare stack inspection becomes necessary if you are keen on determining some physical properties or other parameters or you probably want to carry out research or study. Due to the risks and high temperature (over 1000 degrees Celsius), you do not wish to climb the stairs to the top of the refinery or endanger your life by getting close to the unimaginable heat that is being generated. However, before attempting to climb the stairs or using a sky lift to view the stack, it must be put off first for several hours, and this has enormous economic consequences. […]

Benefits of Aerial Real Estate Photography

In this modern age, you’d think marketing a real estate is going to be easy to handle, but the truth is, it’s not. In fact, it’s a fierce competition among realtors trying to sell their properties, and this partly because of the online listings which generate a good number of the leads. It’s a global age, and most things are searched for online before proceeding to physically inspect, and real estate is one of such. Many buyers take their time to go through listings they find online, and if they fall in love with them, they proceed to inspect physically. This is why it’s crucial that you stand out from the crowd with your distinct approach to taking high quality and compelling photos and videos of your listing. Drones have come onboard as one of the best ways to stand out by capturing unique aerial real estate photography. You see, giving your listing a touch of professionalism with unique photographed stills and video captures from unmanned aircrafts adds a spice rarely seen in the industry. Your drones armed with high-quality cameras can fly over real estate properties and capture sweeping shots of mountains, oceans, landscapes within the vicinity of the […]

Drones, a simplified way of getting job done

Gone are the days when photography was just the art of taking pictures. In recent times, it isn’t just about the production of images or printing of images on materials that are photosensitive or some digital surfaces. Photography now requires due diligence, proper positioning and a good knowledge of angles for it to be meaningful. As we may well know, photography is of various kinds, and this explains why the requirements also differ. Taking pictures on a plain and level surface does not require as much effort and technique as when you have to get a proper view of a construction project on a site or a full view of an estate. A photographer saddled with the responsibility of taking pictures of a building project wouldn’t be expected to risk his life climbing to the roof, would he? Apart from being risky, it is time consuming, expensive (paying for workforce), and a harder way of doing work. Did you know by just implanting a camera and setting its position on a drone this task can be carried out faster, cheaper, and most importantly safer? It is an understatement to say that using a drone is the perfect solution to aerial […]
